About Lillian Purge
Lillian Purge Ltd is an SEO and digital marketing agency based in Bedford. We help small and medium sized businesses get found by the customers already searching for what they offer.
Our work covers local SEO, national SEO, AI optimisation, web design, web development and social media management. We are a Squarespace Circle member and most of the websites we build and manage run on Squarespace. We also run a procurement support service for businesses that bid for public sector contracts.
Meet the Team
Lillian Purge is a team of four. Andrew and Sam are the directors and the people to speak to about your business. Luke builds the websites and Wendy writes the content.
Andrew Odgers
Director, Strategy and Operations
Andrew started his career in the public sector as a contract auditor. He then moved into the media industry as a circulation auditor, working on audits for Metro, the BBC, The Economist, Condé Nast and Top Gear magazine.
That role took him inside a wide range of media businesses at the time print was declining and online was rising. Seeing that shift up close is where his interest in how the online world works began.
At Lillian Purge he creates the search strategies for local businesses, runs the agency's social media and oversees the day-to-day running of the business.
Sam McAleer
Director, Sales and Customer Service
Sam has worked in sales for twenty years. He leads sales and customer service at Lillian Purge and is usually the first person a business speaks to when it gets in touch.
He stays involved once a campaign is under way. Any question about your account can go straight to him.
Luke Porter
Web Developer
Luke has a degree in design and has worked as a web developer for seven years. He builds the websites we create for clients and handles the technical work behind them.
Wendy Wiseman
Copywriter
Wendy writes the blog articles we publish for clients. She turns the subjects a campaign needs to cover into articles written for the people searching for them.
