Case Studies
Campaigns we have run, from a Bedford accountancy practice to national retailers. Every figure below comes from Semrush. Every one carries the dates it was measured between. Every client is named.
The Campaigns
Each case study below shows what a website looked like before we started, what it looked like at the end of the campaign and what we did in between. The figures are Semrush estimates for the dates shown rather than current performance.

How to Read These
Every number on these pages is dated. A case study that says traffic reached a figure without saying when is telling you nothing, because any agency can quote the best month it ever had. Ours say what the site was doing on the first day of the campaign and on the last.
Traffic figures come from Semrush, which estimates visits from ranking positions and search volumes. It is a model rather than a count. We say so on every page. Where a campaign has finished, the figures stop at the end of it.
The charts are worth more attention than the headline figures. Some of these campaigns showed almost nothing for the first five to eight months. That is what this work looks like on a new domain. Anybody promising otherwise is selling something else.
What They Have in Common
Accountancy, tattoo studios, landscaping, vaping, packaging. These businesses have nothing to do with each other. The work behind every one of them is the same.
Every campaign starts with an audit of the website and, where the business serves a local area, its Google Maps listing. The site is then organised into topical clusters, each with a landing page for the service, a hub page for the subject and informational pages beneath it. Every page carries structured data and links to the others in its cluster. The site is audited again every three months, pages that rank get clear calls to action and pages that do not rank are rebuilt.
That is the whole method. It is written out in full on each case study page, because a result nobody can explain is worth nothing to the next business reading it.
