What you get

The whole job,
handled

Paid advertising is easy to start and easy to waste money on. We run the full job so every pound is working, from the first bit of research to the report that shows what came back.

Keyword and audience research. Finding the searches and people worth paying for, so budget goes where the buyers are.
Campaign build and copy. Building the campaigns and writing ads that get the click, then testing them to find what wins.
Conversion tracking. Proper tracking set up so we know which clicks turn into leads and sales, not just traffic.
Wasted spend cut. Killing the searches, placements and clicks that drain budget without ever converting.
Quality Score work. Improving relevance so you pay less per click and show higher for the same money.
Clear reporting. Plain monthly reporting on leads, cost per lead and return, so you always know what your money did.
Where we run your ads

Pricing

Management that
pays its way

Pick the model that suits you. Every price below is the management fee for our time and work. The ad budget you pay to Google or Microsoft is separate and always stays in your account.

1. Flat monthly management

A fixed monthly fee for running your account. Priced by how much you spend and how complex the account is, not as a slice of your budget.

Starter

A single platform, focused campaign. Ideal for local and smaller budgets getting started.

£500 /month, from
  • One platform, usually Google Ads
  • Campaign build and management
  • Conversion tracking
  • Monthly reporting

Scale

Higher spend across several platforms and markets, with advanced tracking and strategy.

£2,500 /month, from
  • Search, shopping, social and display
  • Advanced attribution and tracking
  • Full strategy and testing programme
  • Custom reporting and regular calls

Prefer a percentage of spend? For larger budgets we also offer management at 10 to 15 percent of monthly ad spend, with a minimum fee. It suits some accounts, though we usually steer businesses to the flat fee, because a percentage quietly rewards us for growing your budget rather than your results.

2. One-off options

£400 one-off, from

PPC audit and roadmap

A full review of your existing account: where budget is leaking, what is working and a clear 90 day plan to fix it. Yours to keep, whether or not we manage it.

£750 one-off, from

Account setup and build

A brand new account built properly from scratch, with campaigns, tracking and structure ready to run. Hand it back to you or roll into monthly management.

Guide prices modelled on the current UK market. Your fee depends on ad spend, the number of platforms and how competitive your sector is. In every case the ad budget itself is paid directly to the ad platform and is separate from these figures.

Why a flat fee

Your budget should grow your business, not our invoice

Most agencies charge a percentage of your ad spend. It sounds fair until you notice what it rewards: the more they get you to spend, the more they earn, whether or not that spend was the right call. The incentive quietly points the wrong way.

We lean the other way. A flat monthly fee means our job is to make your existing budget work harder, cut the waste and bring the cost per lead down. When we suggest spending more, it is because the numbers say so, not because our fee goes up with it. If a percentage model genuinely suits your account, we will offer it, though the default is a flat fee for a reason.

How it works

From audit to
qualified leads

We audit

We dig into your account or your market and show you exactly where money is being wasted and where the opportunity is.

We build

We build or rebuild the campaigns, write and test the ads, then set up tracking so every lead is measured.

We optimise

We cut the waste, sharpen the targeting and improve Quality Score, driving the cost per lead down week by week.

We report

You get clear monthly reporting on leads, cost and return, so you always know what your budget brought back.

Paid and organic, together

PPC works best
alongside SEO

PPC and SEO are not rivals. Paid ads buy you visibility today while your SEO builds the free, lasting kind underneath. Run them together and paid search feeds real keyword and conversion data straight back into your organic strategy, so you learn what converts far faster than SEO alone would tell you.

Because we already run local and national SEO and build the landing pages your ads point at, the two sides pull in the same direction. Your ads send traffic to pages built to convert. All you learn from paid feeds the organic work. If you would rather grow the free way over time, our local SEO and national SEO services do exactly that.

Frequently asked

PPC questions

How much does a PPC consultant cost in the UK?
It depends on how much you spend and how complex the account is. As a guide to the current UK market, flat monthly management runs from around 500 pounds a month for a smaller, single-platform account up to a few thousand for larger multi-platform work. A one-off audit with a roadmap starts around 400 pounds. Some businesses prefer a percentage of ad spend model instead. Whatever the model, the ad budget you pay to Google or Microsoft is separate and on top of the management fee.
What does a PPC consultant actually do?
We plan, build and run your paid campaigns end to end. That means keyword and audience research, writing and testing the ads, building the campaigns across Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and paid social, setting up proper conversion tracking, cutting the wasted spend, improving Quality Score and reporting on what your money is actually bringing back. The aim is qualified leads and sales, not clicks for the sake of it.
Do you charge a percentage of my ad spend?
We offer it as an option, though we lean towards a flat monthly fee. A percentage of spend model quietly rewards an agency for growing your budget, whether or not that is the right call. A flat fee means our job is to make your existing budget work harder, not to talk you into spending more. You choose the model that suits you.
How long does PPC take to work?
Faster than SEO. Ads can start bringing clicks within a day or two of going live, though meaningful, optimised results usually take a few weeks to a few months as the data comes in and the campaigns are tuned. Anyone promising instant profit on day one is not being straight with you.
Which platforms do you run ads on?
Google Ads and Microsoft Ads for search, plus paid social where it fits, meaning Meta for Facebook and Instagram and LinkedIn for B2B. We also run remarketing and display. The right mix depends on where your customers actually are and what you sell, which we work out before spending a penny.
Does PPC work alongside SEO?
Yes, the two are stronger together. PPC buys you visibility today while your SEO builds the free, lasting kind. Paid search also feeds real keyword and conversion data back into your organic strategy. Because we handle both, your ads and your SEO pull in the same direction instead of competing.
