Three decorators show up. We make sure one of them is you

SEO for Painters and Decorators

£350per month, everything included

More work, from your own area, without buying leads or bidding against five other firms for the same job. We handle your Google listing, your reviews, your website plus everything behind them. Fourteen jobs a month on your account, one fee, no setup charge.

No lead fees
No tie-in
You own everything we build
Everything a decorating business needs online, handled

We Get You The Calls

You are good at the work. That was never the problem. The problem is that being good at decorating and being easy to find are two completely different jobs. Only one of them earns money while you are up a ladder.

So we do the other one. Your Google listing set up properly and posted to every week. Reviews arriving after every job instead of whenever somebody remembers. Your finished work photographed and published where people looking for a decorator will actually see it. A page for every service you offer and every town you cover. Your website fixed, looked after plus added to. Your social accounts run for you.

Fourteen separate jobs, running every month, for one fee. No setup charge, nothing billed on the side and no invoice landing when you want a new page. You get a written update every three weeks telling you exactly what has been done, in words rather than in charts.

What you do not get is a lead fee. We are not selling you the same enquiry we sold to four other decorators an hour ago. The work that comes in is yours, the listing is yours, the website is yours plus if you ever leave, all of it stays exactly where it is.

It is not about who is best. It is about who comes up

Why Good Decorators Lose Work They Should Have Won

Somebody decides on a Sunday night that the hallway has to be done before Christmas. They pick up their phone, type painter and decorator plus their town, plus that is where the job is decided.

Google shows them three businesses on a map. A name, a star rating, a photo, a call button. Nine times out of ten in your trade that is the whole search, because a map comes up on 91% of the demand we could measure. They ring one, maybe two, then book whoever answers and turns up.

They never scroll. They never open a website. They never see the page somebody built you three years ago. If your name is not in that three, then as far as that customer is concerned you did not exist on Sunday night. You will never even know the job happened.

Meanwhile the firm that did get the call may well be worse than you. They are just easier to find, because somebody once spent an hour filling their listing in properly plus they ask every customer for a review.

That is the whole game in your trade. It is also winnable. Your market scores 18 out of 100 for difficulty, where lower means easier, which makes it one of the softest we work in. Most of your competitors set a listing up once, never touched it again plus have not had a review since 2022. There is nobody properly defending that map. There is just nobody properly attacking it either.

Type it in and see what you are missing

How Much Work Is Waiting In Your Town

Somebody in your town is looking for a decorator right now. Then somebody else tomorrow, then again the day after. We counted how many, in 200 towns and counties. Put yours in below. Whatever number comes back is work that is being handed to three other firms every single month, purely because their name is in the map and yours is not.

200 towns and counties loaded. Not there? Ask us and we will pull yours by hand.

0 searches every month

How it compares nearby

Every one of those is somebody about to ring a decorator. The only question is whose name they see first. We can tell you who is currently taking them in your town plus exactly what it would take to replace them.

Your patch is not in the list

No problem. We loaded the 200 biggest towns and counties. There are 93 more behind them, plus smaller places usually mean less demand and far less competition, which is frequently the better trade.

Tell us where you work and we will pull your figures by hand, then send them over. Yours to keep whether you go ahead with us or not.

Rounded monthly UK searches for painting and decorating carrying each place name. Job hunters, trade suppliers plus paint shopping are taken out before counting, so these are customers rather than noise. Numbers move month to month, so read them as the size of the prize rather than a promise.

All of it live from month one, all of it in the fee

The Fourteen Jobs We Do For You

Most agencies sell a decorator a blog post a month plus a report nobody reads. Here is what actually runs on your account.

01The Shopfront

Your Google Listing, Run Properly

Category set to painter and decorator rather than the generic builder or handyman it usually is. Every service listed on its own. Service area drawn to where you really travel. Hours right, photos current, posts going up weekly. This is where your trade is won and it takes us about a fortnight to transform.

02Ask Every Time, Not Sometimes

Reviews That Keep Coming

A request goes out after every job while the customer is still standing in a room they love. A route for the ones that go wrong so they reach you instead of the internet. A schedule so it never quietly stops when you get busy. Recency matters as much as the score.

03Your Best Salesman

Before And After Photography

A tired hallway and then a finished one. Cut-in you would be proud of. A sprayed kitchen that looks new. You have hundreds of these on your phone doing nothing. We get them named, described, published plus pushed into the listing where they sell hardest.

04Every Town You Cover

A Page For Each Area You Work

Written properly for each place rather than the same page with the town swapped, which Google spots and ignores. Your actual jobs there, the sort of housing stock, what you charge, how far you go. This is what puts you in the map beyond your own doorstep.

05Everything You Sell

A Page Per Service

Interior, exterior, wallpapering, spraying, kitchen resprays, commercial and landlord work. Each with its own page rather than a line on a list, because Google cannot put you forward for a job you have never mentioned.

06Answer It Before They Ring

Real Prices And Ranges

What a box room, a hallway or a three bed typically comes to. Nobody expects a fixed quote. They do want to know whether you are in their world before they pick up the phone, plus it stops you driving out to jobs that were never going to happen.

07Consistency Signals

Directory And Citation Clean-Up

Your name, address plus number identical everywhere they appear. Old numbers, previous trading names plus duplicate listings corrected. One of the quietest reasons a decorator cannot break into the map, plus one of the easiest to fix.

08Every Quarter, Unasked

A Full Check Of Your Website

Broken links, pages Google cannot read, missing headings, things loading slowly. We find them then fix them, rather than sending you a list of problems to worry about on a Friday night.

09Nearly All Of Them Are On A Phone

Speed And Mobile

Your customer is on the sofa with the telly on. If the site takes four seconds they are gone. We compress the photos so they still look sharp, cut what is loading for no reason plus put the call button somewhere a thumb can reach it.

10So The Machines Get It Right

Schema And AI Optimisation

Your services, your area, your hours plus your reviews written into the page in the format search engines and AI assistants read as fact rather than guess at. Increasingly this is the difference between being quoted in an answer and being left out of it.

11Free To Do, Almost Never Done

Linking It All Together

Service pages linked to area pages, both linked back to the jobs that prove them, everything pointing strength where it earns. It costs nothing, it sits entirely in our hands plus it is missing from nearly every decorator's site we take over.

12The Quickest Win, Usually

Fixing The Pages Earning Nothing

Every site arrives with dead weight. We find it then rewrite, merge or redirect it. With decorators it is normally one services page trying to cover interior, exterior, wallpapering plus commercial all at once, so it ranks for none of them.

13No Separate Web Bill

Your Website, Looked After

We build the pages, make the changes plus keep the thing running. No waiting on a web person, no change requests sitting in a queue, no invoice arriving because you wanted a new page. If the site needs work, the work is in the fee.

14Two Posts A Week

Social Media, Run For You

Managed rather than abandoned halfway through March. Everything gets reused on the website plus the Google listing so it earns three times over. Your trade photographs better than almost any other, which makes this the easy part.

Plus a written update every three weeks, a full check of the site every quarter plus a monthly report on where you rank, how visible you are in the map plus how many enquiries and calls came in. One fee. No add-ons. Nothing billed separately.

What it looks like from where you are standing

What Actually Changes

How it is now for most decorators
  • Quiet spells you cannot explain or plan around
  • Work arriving only when somebody remembers you
  • Paying for leads you share with four other firms
  • Undercutting on price because the enquiry was shopped
  • A listing set up once and never touched
  • A website nobody has looked at since it was built
  • Chasing a review months after the job finished
How it is once this is running
  • Enquiries arriving steadily from your own area
  • People ringing you first rather than third
  • No lead fees and no sharing the enquiry
  • Quoting properly because they came to you
  • A listing that turns up when it matters
  • Your finished work doing the selling before you speak
  • Reviews building up on their own after every job

We will not promise you a position or a number of enquiries, because nobody can do that truthfully. What we will do is show you every month exactly where you rank, how visible you are in the map plus how many calls and enquiries came in, so you can judge it for yourself rather than take our word for it.

No mystery, no waiting three months to hear from us

How It Goes

TO START

A conversation, not a form

What you do, where you go, what you want more of plus what you would rather never do again. We look at your listing and your site while you are on the phone and tell you what is wrong with them there and then.

FIRST FORTNIGHT

The listing gets sorted

Category, services, area, photos, hours plus the review requests starting to go out. This is the fastest moving part of your trade so it is where we start, rather than disappearing for a month to write a strategy document.

MONTHS ONE TO THREE

The pages get built

A page per service, a page per town, your prices, your finished jobs published properly plus the faults on your site fixed. You approve the wording. We do the work.

THEN ONGOING

It keeps running

A written update every three weeks, new jobs going up as you finish them, posts twice a week, a full check every quarter plus a monthly report. It does not stop, because the day it stops is the day you start slipping back down the map.

The bar is lower than most people expect

Does It Pay For Itself

Drag the sliders to your own numbers. For most decorators the fee is covered by one extra job a month. Everything after that is profit. This is a rough illustration to think with rather than a promise of results.

Illustrative additional value per month
£2,550

Illustration only. Real results depend on your area, your competition and your business. We do not guarantee positions, enquiries or bookings.

The Price

All fourteen jobs are in every plan. The tiers change how much ground we cover plus how much work goes in, never the list of what you get. Most decorators need the first one.

Fair Questions

What do I actually get for the money?
Fourteen jobs running on your business every month. Your Google listing built and managed properly, reviews coming in after every job, citations cleaned up, a page for every service you offer plus every town you cover, your finished work photographed and published, the faults on your site fixed, quarterly checks, your website looked after with no separate web bill, AI optimisation plus two social posts a week. On top of that a written update every three weeks so you always know what has been done. One fee from £350 a month, no setup charge and nothing billed separately.
How long before I see anything?
The listing work starts in week one plus that is where most of your trade is decided, so movement there tends to show first. Realistically expect the phone to feel different somewhere between month three and month six, with the full picture in place by the end of the first year. Anybody promising you page one in thirty days is either guessing or lying. We would rather tell you that now than take three months of your money proving it.
Do I need a new website?
Usually no. Most decorators' sites are perfectly adequate and simply have nothing on them worth ranking. We work with what you have, fix what is broken, then add the pages that are missing. Website work sits inside the fee rather than being a separate bill, so if it does turn out the site is holding everything back we will tell you plus we will do it, without an invoice landing for it.
I already get work from word of mouth. Why bother?
Because word of mouth is somebody else deciding when you get busy. Around 43,190 people a month search for a decorator near them. Every one of those searches gets handed to three businesses in the map. If you are not one of the three, that work goes elsewhere regardless of how good you are. This is not instead of recommendations. It is what fills the gaps between them.
Is my trade competitive online?
Less than almost any trade we work with. The average competition score across your market is 18 out of 100, where lower is easier. Most of your competitors have a listing they set up once and never touched again, no reviews for two years plus a website with a services page and nothing else. That is the whole reason this tends to work quickly for decorators.
Should I put my prices on the site?
A range, yes. Price searches in your trade behave differently from everything else. They return no map at all, so your listing can never reach the person asking, plus Google writes an answer straight onto the results page on every single one we measured. If you have published nothing, that answer gets built from somebody else's figures. You do not need a fixed price list. A page explaining what a room, a hallway or a whole house typically comes to, with real ranges from your own jobs, does the work.
What happens if it does not work?
There is no tie-in built to protect us. You own your website, your listing plus everything we build on them. If you leave, nothing gets switched off or taken away. We report every month on positions, map visibility, enquiries and calls, so you can see whether it is working rather than take our word for it. We will not guarantee positions or enquiries, because nobody can do that truthfully.
