We Bring You The Booked Jobs

Flooring is a long decision and a fast booking. People spend weeks scrolling samples, then one afternoon they decide plus ring whoever is easiest to find. Most firms in your trade are visible for the weeks and invisible for the afternoon.

We fix that end. Your Google listing rebuilt and run properly. A page for every floor you fit plus every service you sell, including the ones nobody else bothers writing about. Every town you cover done properly rather than the same page with a name swapped. Your finished floors photographed plus published where people looking will see them.

Then the rest of it. Reviews chased after every fit. The technical faults on your site found plus repaired. Your website managed with no separate web bill. Your social accounts posted to twice a week. Fourteen jobs, every month, for one fee.

Nothing to pay to start and no add-ons. If you want another page because you have taken on commercial work, we build it plus the invoice stays the same. Everything is yours from day one and stays yours if you leave.

Busy website, quiet phone. Not a coincidence

Traffic That Never Rings

Somebody looking at flooring is not one customer. They are two, months apart, plus most flooring websites only speak to the first one.

The first is browsing. Oak against engineered. Is laminate any good with a dog. What does herringbone actually cost. They are enjoying themselves, they are nowhere near booking anybody plus there are an enormous number of them. Write only for these people and your visitor numbers look wonderful while your phone stays silent.

The second has decided. They want a floor fitter in their town, they want to know if you will lay a floor they bought online, they have a subfloor that is not level plus a fitter who has told them so. That person is ready to book this week.

Both matter, in that order, and almost nobody sequences it properly. We build the pages that catch the second person first, because those are the ones that pay for the work. Then we build the browsing pages behind them plus link the two together, so the person reading about vinyl in February ends up on your fitting page in April.

That linking is the part that turns a busy website into a working one. It is also free, plus it is missing from nearly every flooring site we take over.

Fourteen jobs, one fee, live from the first month

Everything We Run For You

Content is one line on this list. Here is the rest of it, none of it staged behind an upgrade.

01Near Me Returns A Map On 99%

Google Business Profile And Maps

Category set to flooring rather than the generic contractor or shop it usually is, every service split out including sanding, screeding and resin, service area drawn to where you really go, plus posts weekly. The biggest service group in your trade is decided entirely inside this box.

02Where The Soft Ground Is

The Technical Service Pages

Screeding at a difficulty of 15, safety flooring at 14, sanding at 18, resin at 19. Four services with real money behind them plus almost nobody competing. If you offer them and have not got a page each, this is the fastest movement available to you.

03Turning Browsing Into Jobs

Material Pages Rebuilt To Sell Fitting

Your existing material pages are almost certainly written for somebody comparing products. We rebuild them around your area, your fitting service plus your rates, which is the only version of a material page a local firm can win.

04A Map Shows On Only 5%

Published Rates And Ranges

Per square metre, supply only against supply and fit, what preparation adds, what a difficult subfloor adds. 39,220 searches a month that your listing can never reach, answered by a page instead. Built from your own recent jobs.

05Nobody Buys A Floor Unseen

Installation Photography

The room before, the subfloor prepared, the pattern set out, the finished job in daylight. Named, described, marked up plus pushed into the listing as well as the site. Herringbone and parquet in particular sell themselves in a photograph.

06Recency Beats Score

A Review Programme

A request at handover while the customer is standing on it, a route for the ones that go wrong plus a schedule so it never lapses. Reviews sit next to your name in the map, which is where most of your trade is decided.

07Consistency Signals

Citations And Directory Clean-Up

Name, address plus number identical everywhere they appear. Old showroom addresses, dead numbers plus duplicate listings corrected. Common in a trade where firms move premises or start as a fitter and open a shop later.

08Every Quarter, Unasked

Full Technical Site Audit

Crawl errors, broken links, redirect chains, duplicate titles, missing headings, orphan pages plus anything stopping Google reading the site. Found then fixed rather than sent to you as a list of homework.

09Heavy Sites, Slow Phones

Speed And Mobile Work

Flooring sites are image heavy by nature plus that is where they lose people. We compress so the grain still reads, cut what is loading for no reason plus put the call button under a thumb.

10For The Half With No Map

Schema Markup And AI Optimisation

LocalBusiness, service area, every service, reviews, question markup plus price ranges where you publish them. Screeding returns an AI answer on 82% of its volume and costs on 64%, so being the source those answers are built from is the job.

11Free And Missing

Internal Linking Structure

Material pages linked to the fitting service that installs them, services to a hub, the rates page linked from everything that feeds it plus each finished job linked to what it demonstrates. Costs nothing plus is absent from nearly every site we inherit.

12One Specification Beats Forty Rooms

Commercial And Contract Pages

Offices, retail, schools, care homes, gyms plus hospitality, each written for the person specifying rather than the person choosing a colour. 67,790 searches a month at a difficulty of 21, largely ignored by domestic-facing flooring sites.

13Inside The Fee

Website Management And Development

We build the pages, make the changes plus look after the site. No separate web person, no queue, no invoice for a new page when you add resin or take on a showroom. If the site needs work to rank, that work is included.

14Two Posts A Week

Social Media, Managed

Managed rather than abandoned, with everything reused on the site plus the Google listing so it earns three times. A floor going down is one of the few trades where the finished article photographs better than the process.

Plus a written update every three weeks, a full audit each quarter plus monthly reporting on positions, map visibility, enquiries and calls. One fee, no add-ons, nothing billed separately.

Who Needs A Floor Laying Near You

Somebody near you is booking a fitter this week. We counted how many go looking each month across 90 towns and counties. Put yours in below. The numbers are smaller than you might expect for a trade this size, which cuts both ways. Less noise to shout over, plus almost nobody has bothered claiming it.

90 towns and counties loaded. Yours not there? Ask us and we will pull it by hand.

How it compares nearby

Every one of those is a floor somebody is about to have laid. Nobody local is fighting hard for them either. We will tell you who is picking them up today plus what it would take for that to be you.

Your area is not in the list

Try your county, or the nearest bigger town. Most of the map is quiet in this trade, which usually means nobody has claimed it rather than that the work is not there.

Tell us where you work and we will pull your patch by hand, including the searches that never carry a place name at all. Yours to keep either way.

Rounded monthly UK searches for flooring carrying each place name. Floor lamps, pelvic floor, building storeys plus everything else that shares the word are taken out first, so these are customers rather than noise. Numbers move month to month, so read them as the size of the prize rather than a promise.

Nobody photographs it and nobody competes for it

The Jobs Your Rivals Never Advertise

Every flooring website in the country leads with the same photograph of herringbone in a bright kitchen. Almost none of them has a page about levelling a subfloor.

That gap is where the bookings are. Sanding and restoring an old wooden floor. Latex and screed work when the base is out. Lifting and taking away what is down now. Repairing a damaged section rather than replacing a room. Fitting a floor somebody has already bought from a website.

Each of those is a person with a specific problem plus a decision already made. They are not browsing samples. They are looking for the firm that says the words back to them. Usually they cannot find one.

So we build a page for each, written the way you would explain it standing in the room. What is involved, how long it takes, what makes it dearer, when it is not worth doing. That last part matters. Telling somebody straight that a repair will not match a twelve year old floor wins you more work than pretending it will.

These are also the pages that survive. A gallery goes out of fashion. A page explaining why a floor is bouncing keeps earning for years.

Measured in bookings rather than visitors

The Difference In Your Diary

Where most flooring firms are
  • Visitor numbers that never turn into calls
  • Everything you offer buried on one services page
  • Sanding and subfloor work nobody knows you do
  • Losing supply and fit jobs to national sheds
  • A listing set up once and left alone
  • Beautiful finished floors seen only by you
Where this puts you
  • Fewer visitors who are worth far more each
  • A page per service, each pulling its own work
  • Found for the repair and preparation jobs
  • Winning on being local and on knowing your trade
  • Turning up in the map across your whole patch
  • Your work selling for you while you are on site

We will not put a number on positions or bookings, because nobody can do that truthfully. What you get is monthly reporting on rankings, map visibility, enquiries plus calls, so you can decide for yourself whether it is earning.

Booking pages first, browsing pages second

The Order We Do It In

FIRST CALL

A proper conversation

Which floors you lay, whether there is a showroom, how far the van goes plus which jobs you would happily double tomorrow. Your site and listing get pulled up while we talk so you hear what is costing you work straight away.

WEEKS ONE TO TWO

The listing and the fitting pages

Category and services corrected on Google, review requests started, then the pages for people ready to book. Fitting, supply and fit, your towns. These come first because they are the ones that pay.

MONTHS ONE TO THREE

Services and materials

Sanding, subfloors, uplift, repairs, commercial. Then a page per floor type for the people still deciding, all linked back to the fitting pages so the reading turns into ringing.

FROM THEN ON

Building month on month

Every floor you finish photographed plus published. Posts twice a week. A full site check each quarter, a written note every three weeks plus a report every month.

Where It Starts Paying

Move the sliders to your own average. Flooring jobs sit high enough that a handful of extra rooms a month clears the fee comfortably. Take it as arithmetic rather than a forecast.

What Flooring Firms Ask

Why does my website get traffic but hardly any enquiries?
Because most flooring searches are somebody browsing rather than somebody buying. People look at floors for months before they book anybody, so a page about oak versus engineered will bring in readers who are nowhere near ringing you. Those pages are worth having, plus they need to sit alongside pages built for the person who has already decided. Fitting, supply and fit, floor sanding, subfloor preparation, your town attached to each. Get that balance wrong and you end up with a busy website plus a quiet phone.
Which pages actually bring in work?
The unglamorous ones. Floor sanding and restoration, subfloor levelling and preparation, uplift and disposal, repairs to a damaged section, fitting a floor somebody bought elsewhere. Almost nobody in the trade builds pages for those, because they are far less interesting than a gallery of herringbone. They are also what somebody types when they have a problem plus a budget, which is the exact moment you want to be in front of them.
Should I write about floor types at all?
Yes, though not as your whole strategy. Comparison and material pages catch people early plus give you authority, which helps everything else rank. The mistake is having only those. We build both, then link them so somebody who arrives reading about laminate against vinyl ends up on your fitting page with your phone number on it.
I have a showroom. Does that change anything?
It makes your Google listing considerably more important, because a physical address competes for the map far better than a service area business does. It also means you should be getting found for browsing searches as well as fitting ones, since somebody looking at floors online is somebody who might walk in. We treat a showroom as a second front door plus optimise it as one.
What do I get for the money?
Fourteen jobs a month. Google listing built and managed, reviews after every fit, a page per floor type, a page per service including the repair and preparation work, a page per town, your projects photographed and published, technical faults fixed, speed and mobile work, structured data, internal linking, rebuilds of pages earning nothing, website management with no separate bill, AI optimisation, two social posts a week plus monthly reporting and a written note every three weeks. From £350 with nothing to pay up front.
How long does it take?
The listing usually moves inside a few weeks. Pages take longer to settle, generally three to six months before enquiries feel different, with the full picture around a year in. We report every month so you can watch it happen rather than wonder. Nobody can truthfully guarantee a position, so we do not.
Will I need a new website?
Usually not. Flooring sites tend to look good plus say almost nothing, which is a content problem rather than a design one. We keep what you have, repair what is broken plus write what is missing. If yours genuinely cannot carry the work we will tell you plus rebuild it. That still sits inside the same monthly fee.
